Lessons take place in a dedicated online learning space featuring live video chat, messaging, and an interactive whiteboard. This setup makes it easy for students and tutors to communicate, explore challenging concepts, and work through practice questions together. The real-time video chat allows for a natural, conversational flow.
For lessons, we use Miro, an online whiteboard learning tool. For Free Meetings, we use Google Meet.

Our lessons are commitment-free. You can do as many or as few lessons as you’d like. However, lessons must be cancelled more than 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

Homework and practice materials are provided upon request and are reviewed at the beginning of the next lesson.
Yes, we offer lesson reports in which your tutor will detail the lesson plan, the student’s strengths and weaknesses within the lesson and a rough outline of what will be covered in the next lesson.
Of course! Many students outside of the UK study for GCSEs and A-Levels and with our online lessons, you can learn from anywhere.
Lessons must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance of their start time for a full refund. Cancellations between 12 and 24 hours in advance will be charged at 50%. We make exceptions for extenuating circumstances at our discretion and lessons can be rescheduled, where possible.
